Felipe Munoz

Executive Director

Felipe has spent his career developing athletes on the field while leveraging growth opportunities for the sports programs he leads. His high level visions and talent-development methods have led him to invitational participation within CONMEBOL/FIFA. Through these events he has firsthand experience organizing youth World Cup qualifying tournaments.  Most recently he served as the Head Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy where he oversaw the coaching staff development, tournaments and events organization, sponsorships and partnership planning, and coordination of new programs. Felipe implemented new and innovative techniques to increase enrollment, as well as running one of the largest soccer tournament and ID Showcases in the country. These events not only provided unique opportunities for players, but also brought significant revenue to the local economy. 

Prior to his role in youth soccer, Felipe served as an Athletic Director in a private school setting. He was also the Head Coach of the Texas A&M Int. University Women’s Soccer Team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Int., holding a bachelors degree in Fitness & Sports, as well as a masters degrees in Sports Management and Leadership. He has held the role of adjunct professor at Texas A&M Int. University in the field of Fitness and Sports. He is currently dedicated to building the best sports club in Florida. 

Chelsea Santoro

Director of Sports Operations

Chelsea is a career higher education administrator, currently serving as a Senior Director at Jacksonville University. She lends her experience to Florida Prime by implementing technical platforms, garnering community support, and working to maximize program participation and outcomes for athletes. Additionally, Chelsea has experience leading youth athletic and recreational programs as co-founder and operator of St. Johns Day Camps and WGV Soccer Academy.

Originally, Chelsea is from Bethlehem, PA, where she attended Moravian College, receiving her bachelors degree and Lehigh University where she studied project management.

Scott Miller

Director of Coaching

Scott Miller is the owner of 904 Tennis, which he founded in August of 2016.  Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Florida, where he played tennis (1996-2000).  Scott has been the Head Professional at Deerwood Country Club (2001-2004), the Assistant Director of Tennis at Palencia (2004-2007), and the Director of Tennis at Julington Creek Plantation (2007-2016).  In August 2016 he started 904 Tennis and expanded to four facilities under his management by 2017.
 
During his career he and his staff have coached countless recreational adults and juniors, thousands of competitive junior players, and hundreds of kids that have gone on to play college tennis, several of which have gone on to be fellow teaching tennis professionals.  Scott has directed and managed over 150 tournaments including charity events, member guest events, and USTA sanctioned tournaments.  Scott and his staff have coached several adult teams to national, sectional and regional championships in the USTA, as well as several First Coast and Country Club city championships.  Scott was a USTA Zonal Team Championship coach from 2002-2006 and has coached several players that have competed in the Clay Court National Championships, Easter Bowl, Orange Bowl, and USTA Hard Court National Championships.  Scott has been the Head Coach for the Bartram Trail Boys Tennis Team for three seasons, and led the team to the 2018 FHSAA 3A State Title.  Scott is USPTA certified and was selected by his peers as the 2012 USPTA District Professional of the year.
